International Handling
Billing and Shipping Address Must Match
For orders shipped outside of the United States or Canada our system can only ship to your credit card billing address. Your billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.
Address verification for International orders
It is very difficult to obtain verification information from banks outside of the United States and Canada. For your protection, in most cases you will be required to fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement. If you are ordering from outside the US or Canada, please contact your credit card issuing bank and ask them to release address verification information to GameStop.com. Without this verification, we will be unable to process your order.

What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
GameStop.com cannot issue credit for International packages which are refused or abandoned.
Will the game I ordered play on my system?
The products we sell are designed to work with the NTSC electronics specification only. You should check to see if the products we sell will work with your local area's electronics specification.
Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. GameStop.com strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. GameStop.com cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
GameStop.com cannot ship to PO Boxes outside of the continental United States, and we cannot ship to mail forwarding services.
